Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

Domestic Returns (USA): If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund excluding the outbound shipping cost, within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery confirmation. In this case, the consumer is to email shop@koseenza.com with the subject line titled "return". The returned items must be in re-saleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. A UPS return label will be electronically emailed with complete return instructions. Consumers are encouraged to use original packaging to send the incorrect exchanged item(s) back to the Koseenza warehouse. If original packaging is damaged and cannot be reused, consumers are then obligated to repackaging the item(s) to the best of their ability. 

 

Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected by Koseenza's Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. (Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account).

If a different size or color is desired then what was ordered, simply return the original item(s) received for a full refund excluding original shipping cost and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.

International Returns: There are no returns for international purchases. All sales are final.

 

Exchange Policy:

Domestic Exchanges (USA): Exchanges are only permitted if the consumer receives an incorrect item within their order. In this case, the consumer is to email shop@koseenza.com with the subject line titled "Exchange". Within the email, consumer must attach the purchase receipt, along with an attached photo of the incorrect received item(s). A Koseenza representative will accept or decline exchange proposals within 72hours. Any declined proposals will be given an explanation.

Consumers that receive an acceptance for their exchange proposal, will be emailed an electronic UPS return label, free of cost. Consumers are encouraged to use original packaging to send the incorrect exchanged item(s) back to the Koseenza warehouse. If original packaging is damaged and cannot be reused, consumers are then obligated to repackaging the item(s) to the best of their ability. Once the exchanged item(s) are received and inspected, the consumer will receive UPS Shipment and Delivery Email Updates to the email at which the initial order receipt was sent. UPS shipment details will typically be received by the consumer within 72hours of Koseenza receiving the exchanged item(s).

POS Policy:

All Point of Sale (POS) transactions are final. No exchanges, nor returns are considered for Koseenza products purchased through POS vending.
